We’re all very excited about the BFC’s first sustainable fashion show this Friday, especially now looking at the list of names set to showcase…
Top of the bill include Vivienne Westwood, Stella McCartney, Junky Styling and Emma Watson favourite – People Tree.
The BFC has appointed stylist, fashion editor and creative consultant Chloe Kerman to style the show.
“I am really looking forward to being involved with this exciting new project,” Kerman says. “Sustainable fashion is very much in a transition. As people begin to consider their social responsibility as consumers, designers are really starting to consider to this philosophy as part of their process. The range of creative talent showcased here just goes to show how stunning ethical clothing can be, in the end it has to be about great design and beautiful clothing.”
The show will be held in Friary Court at St James’ Palace and will celebrate Prince Charles’ charity initiative, START’s, A Garden Party to Make a Difference – a festival dedicated to sustainable living.
