Agyness Deyn has partnered with iconic footwear brand Dr Martens to produce a second collaboration for spring.
The second collection is said to be inspired by the Tokyo district of Harajuku, a unique and eclectic group known for their individual style: a mash-up of different trends, heavily influenced by British subcultures, notably punk and goth.
The collection features flat, chunky strappy sandals adorned with large leather bows and primary school-esque mary janes, all paired by Deyn with frill-top socks.
The collection also includes a denim biker jacket, heart-shaped leather satchels and an eyeball motif adorns a day dress and a cotton T-shirt which comes in an orange and a pale blue colourway.
“As with the A/W-12 range, I wanted the collection to be accessible. It will appeal to girls who are confident and have a strong personal expression of style and identity in the way that they dress and what this says about themselves” said Agyness about the collection.
The collection launches later this month on Dr Martens.
